Pinnacle System was established in 1994 as the preferred cash register supplier for Uniwell in the Garden Route. In 1996 we became the preferred supplier of the Aristel PABX range and in 2000 we were appointed as the sole supplier of the Ericsson PABX telephones systems for the Garden Route.
Currently we offer Ericsson-LG and NEC brands as part of our hardware solutions. To date we installed in excess of 1200 systems with a current customer base of more than 750 business customers.
PRINT AND VOICE TECHNOLOGY
With the ever-evolving voice market we included PABX switchboard, voice, data, hosted, mobile solutions and connectivity to our portfolio which allows us to meet all our customer needs. We manage customer billing and can take care of all our customer communications needs. Our VoIP and mobile cloud products reduce customer spend with in excess of 40%. Our dedicated sales professionals consult with our customers to optimize their communications spend to reach sustainable savings.
OTHER AREAS
We also service retirement villages, frail care centres and schools with Intercom, nurse care and evacuation systems and our fully qualified technical staff offer networking with CAT5 & 6 installations. Our Kyocera copier range completes the portfolio offering customers a comprehensive solution from printers to networking, voice and data, billing and end user hardware.
